People often have questions about programming. While news is dynamic, and therefore changes, based on what is breaking news, and, as importantly, where that news is breaking (i.e. do we have someone there on the ground, or need to send someone), but we still have to have an idea of what we will put on and when, because it helps us to budget, in as far as you can budget fully in a dynamically changing news environment.
