Justin started our as a film producer over 30 years ago, mostly a hand-to-mouth existence (which is not uncommon in newly minted producers – he took a course at Raindance to get him going) in the lower-budget sector, his first major commercial film was Michael Hapeshis’ first feature film, Shootout.
Then, as he would describe it, a miracle happened: Section 42 film financing came along.
